The Church of God Ministry of Jesus Christ International, hereafter CGMJCI, hereby informs you that by attending or otherwise participating in any church service at any location of CGMJCI, or any event hosted by CGMJCI, including, without limitation, teaching services, worship services, Bible studies, ministry programs, and community service events, you may be recorded or photographed, and CGMJCI reserves all rights to use or reproduce the recording of you and/or your image, without compensation, credit, or other consideration to you, in any media format, in public media or private communications, including live video broadcast or on CGMJCI’s website (live or replayed) at www.idmji.org or any official channel CGMJCI creates or authorizes for official use, and in any location of CGMJCI.
In addition, this broadcast or photography may be presented on other pre-approved websites or channels, including social media accounts and other means (for example, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or Vimeo that CGMJCI uses).
Consistent with the CGMJCI’s Personal Data Processing Policy, you have the right to know, update, and correct your personal data and, only in cases that are deemed applicable, remove such data, or revoke the authorization you granted, as established in the Personal Data Processing Policy of CGMJCI and in accordance with applicable law.

By participating in CGMJCI’s services and/or events or by failing to notify CGMJCI, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph or image used by CGMJCI, you are providing unequivocal authorization for CGMJCI to use of your image, voice, and other personal data in the manner described within this disclosure and notice, and you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify CGMJCI from any and all claims involving the use of your picture, image or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with CGMJCI, including members of the media, may not photograph or record at CGMJCI services or events, or use, copy, alter or modify CGMJCI’s photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from CGMJCI. All photographs, recordings for reproduction or publications (including publication online or in social media) by non-authorized persons or organizations is strictly prohibited. All unauthorized photographs, recordings, reproductions and publications are considered the property of CGMJCI. In accordance with applicable law, CGMJCI will take all necessary legal action to prevent or remove any unauthorized photographs, recordings, reproductions or publications which violate this disclosure and notice. CGMJCI also does not authorize any person or organization, including any member of the media, to release any information obtained while attending CGMJCI services or events.
